FHS Student Success Plans (SSP)
FHS Student Success Plans (SSP)
Fayetteville High School
Friday, November 12, 2021

In the state of Arkansas, by law all students must have a Student Success Plan (SSP) beginning with the class of 2023. The plan must be reviewed at least annually by parents, students, and school personnel. At Fayetteville High School, we utilize Advisory time to deliver curriculum to your child and they complete a variety of tasks in Naviance, which ultimately generates a Student Readiness Report that is personalized to your child’s interests, strengths and college/career goals. The plan is a living document that is revised as your child matures and develops new and different interests and career goals.

This year, we are asking you to DIGITALLY SIGN your child’s Student Success Plan through your Naviance account. Your signature indicates that you have reviewed the document. Please follow the instructions below to sign your child’s Student Success Plan. We would like your signature on this document no later than Friday, December 10, 2021.

  • Log in to your Naviance parent account HERE by selecting the Parent or Guardian option. For video instructions on how to access your Naviance parent account, please click HERE. Enter the email address/password that you set up for your account. If you forgot your password, click on the forgot password link. If you still have difficulty logging in, please contact Deanna Norman, FHS Student Programs Coordinator, at deanna.easton@g.fayar.net and she will be happy to assist you.
  • Once logged in, go to About Me > My Student Readiness Reports, click on Report Name to view the document and then click on Sign Report. The instructions on how to do so can be found HERE.

Thank you for your willingness to review this document and digitally sign it. If you have any questions regarding the Student Success Plan itself, feel free to contact your child’s Advisor or school counselor.
