The Northwest Technical Institute (NWTI) Secondary Career Center offers a variety of Early College Experience (ECE) programs to junior and senior students. Depending on the program, students can earn certifications, diplomas, Concurrent NWTI credit, and Concurrent NWACC credit.  The programs are paid for by the local school districts and is funded by the State of Arkansas.
