@FayettevilleHS Food Safety & Nutrition students harvested peas, broccoli, lettuce, flowers, and the radishes they planted just 6 weeks ago. They made delicious English muffin pizzas with Easy Peasy Homemade Sauce featuring fresh herbs from the tower garden and a Greek Salad.

Food Safety and Nutrition classes at @FayettevilleHS enjoyed their first harvest from their tower garden today. They used fresh dill to make roasted breakfast potatoes, radishes, and rutabagas with lemon. They paired this with a veggie scramble and green tropical smoothie.
