The schedule change request form for the second semester will be open from 8:30 am Monday, December 5, and close at 4:00 pm on Friday, December 9. Students wanting to request a schedule change must complete and submit the form prior to the end of school on December 9. Students must use their @g.fayar.net email address to complete the form.
