Mrs. Willford's Child Development and Parenting classes @FayettevilleHS learned about contractions and childbirth this week with a balloon and ping pong simulation.
@FayettevilleHS Freshman Year Introduction students attended the Foundations of Health Care class to learn more about medical classes they can take in the future. Students discussed several medical-related activities, including the correct method of compression-only CPR.
Two FFA members from @FayettevilleHS competed at the Missouri Welding Institute welding competition in Nevada, Missouri. The competition featured 150 students from 7 states. Both FHS students received $1000 MWI scholarships for competing.
Air Force Staff Sergeant Chamness spoke with @FayettevilleHS students in Ms. Troutt's JAG (Jobs for America's Graduates) classes at Fayetteville High School about money management and options after high school. #PurpleReign
@FayettevilleHS Mu Alpha Theta students competed for the first time in the Rocket City Math League Senior Interschool Contest and just received a plaque for placing 8th out of 153 schools. Congratulations to all team members on your awesome performance! #PurpleReign
