Congratulations to our latest group of National Merit Semifinalists!
Our newest video, "Focus on the Future: Progress Report," focuses on the construction and renovation that is taking place all across our district. We're very grateful to Fayetteville voters for overwhelmingly approving the restructuring of bonds in February of 2020 that resulted in $114 million for these projects. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0nrS6sYaiAo

Congratulations to FHS students who placed in the Arkansas Council of Teachers of Mathematics (ACTM) contest. In a non-pandemic year, the regional contest is held at the U of A with students taking a one hour paper test on a Saturday in early March. Those that move on to the state level compete at UCA taking a one hour paper test on a Saturday in early April. This year, the regional contest was virtual. Students took a 45 minutes test, in their subject, via an online platform set up by ACTM through Pearson. Each school conducted their own testing within the contest guidelines. State winners are being determined by tie-breakers and scores from across the state.
